Brown Dot Hotel Haeundae Branch, Busan

Not even worth giving one star... After check-in, for about a minute all the lights kept turning off and on automatically more than five times.. Is there a ghost???? The staff said they would change the room but had a very annoying attitude toward the guest. The worst... the corridor is noisy and there were mosquitoes in the room...

They were kind, and they gave me a room intended for disabled guests.. It would have been better if they had informed me in advance.

Very good access to Haeundae. However, it feels lacking in other aspects of cleanliness. Service satisfaction is average.

This is a hotel I always trust and go to.

The staff were friendly, and the bedding was soft and nice!! However, two towels had unknown stains—whether makeup or blood—so I could not use them. T_T ! I had a good stay!

The room is a bit small, but I like that it's close to the station.
