We are the closest hotel to Namdaemun Terminal and are located 100 meters from the airport limousine bus stop.

A cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged for smoking in the room via Sesco Virus Care.

Rooms are assigned randomly by room type, based on a standard occupancy of 2 guests per room.

Please contact the hotel regarding the availability of additional guests beyond the standard occupancy and any associated fees, as these vary by room type.

The additional fee for guests exceeding the room capacity is 30,000 won per person for standard rooms and 50,000 won per person for Royal Suite rooms.

As there are occupancy limits, please contact the hotel before adding additional guests.

Park in the temporary parking area in front of the hotel or in nearby outdoor parking lots. At the discretion of the valet staff, parking may be required for cargo vehicles or temporary parking; however, parking will not be permitted if you do not have a key other than your smartphone key to hand over.

For guest-only room types, parking may not be available if you arrive with a vehicle, or you may be charged a parking fee or the difference between the standard rate and the rate for rooms with parking.

For other rooms that allow parking, only one vehicle per room is permitted, and parking before check-in time is not allowed. (Parking in advance will incur an early check-in fee.)

If unauthorized parking is detected, a flat fee of 30,000 won will be charged, and if the vehicle remains parked, a separate weekly parking fee of 100,000 won will be assessed.

Please park directly within the designated parking lines and drop off your car keys at the front desk upon check-in. Your car keys will be stored in the front desk basket.

Guests can check in and out 24 hours a day using the self-service kiosk. (Front desk break time: 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.; please contact us only in case of an emergency!)

When you return your key to the key return box inside the elevator, we will collect all keys at once and process your checkout.

Amenity sets can be purchased from the amenity vending machine located next to the water dispenser on the 1st floor. (2,000 won; credit card payments only!)

Minors are not permitted to check in or stay at the hotel without a legal guardian. (If a guardian’s presence is unavoidable, please contact the hotel regarding required documentation.)

No rooms are equipped with computers, and Standard rooms may not include certain amenities such as bathrobes.

For Standard rooms, bathrobes are available for a fee (2,000 won each) for day use; for overnight stays, please visit the front desk to request one.

The use or bringing of flammable hazardous materials, such as candles and fireworks, is prohibited.

Please be careful, as compensation for damages will be charged in the event of facility damage or destruction. (In particular, damaging the room—such as by attaching stickers to celebrate—is prohibited.)

Please keep your valuables with you at all times; the hotel is not responsible for any lost valuables.

No refunds will be issued in cases of forced eviction (such as violations of hotel policies, complaints filed by guests, or disputes arising from policy violations).

Staying with more guests than the maximum occupancy—which has not been agreed upon with the hotel—is restricted; please contact the hotel in advance.

Complaints regarding loud noise may result in forced eviction, and no refunds will be issued in the event of forced eviction.

An additional fee of 30,000 won per hour will be charged for extended stays or early check-ins.

If an excessive amount of trash is left behind after your stay—beyond what is considered normal room etiquette—a cleaning fee of approximately 50,000 won will be charged.

Karaoke equipment usage hours and precautions: The TV monitor, Taejin Media karaoke player, amplifier, microphones, and speakers have all been replaced! (New song update date: December 2024)

Due to complaints regarding noise, the power automatically shuts off at approximately 11:00 PM. Please refrain from loud singing to avoid penalties such as being asked to leave, and please adhere to the designated usage hours (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

If complaints arise due to failure to comply with the karaoke equipment usage hours, you will be asked to leave the premises.

Two of the suites at our Yuwon Hotel feature authentic hinoki bathtubs from Kiso Mountain (near Osaka), Japan, and are equipped with the Sesco Co., Ltd. Phytoncide Virus Care System.

No bath additives or soap of any kind may be used; in accordance with the proper usage of Japanese hinoki baths, only cold and hot water may be used.(In accordance with the hinoki maintenance manual, even when we perform room cleaning, we lightly wipe the tub with alcohol and immediately rinse it with lukewarm water.) If the hinoki tub is contaminated by spilled alcohol, such as wine, an actual cleaning fee of several million won will be charged.Yuwon Hotel is a smoke-free facility in accordance with the National Health Promotion Act, and all guest rooms are non-smoking. The virus care system by Sesco Co., Ltd. is in place. If a guest violates this policy by smoking, a fine and a penalty of 200,000 won will be imposed.We ask that you be mindful of these rules so that future guests can also enjoy the natural phytoncides of authentic Japanese hinoki. You must actively cooperate when front desk staff request to see your ID or passport at check-in or during your stay. Additionally, regarding regulations for minors, inquiries to the National Police Agency and local police stations confirm that mobile IDs still cannot replace physical IDs. Only original Resident Registration Cards, driver’s licenses, and passports are accepted.(Authentication via Kakao, Naver, etc., is absolutely not acceptable—according to responses from the National Police Agency and the Seocho Police Station, even mobile IDs are not recognized.)

Please be advised that this is to ensure compliance with relevant laws and to actively participate in the protection of minors. (Reservations cannot be canceled or refunded for this reason, and guests will be required to leave the premises immediately if a dispute arises over this matter.)

While your reserved room will be prepared according to your booking details, we cannot contact you regarding no-show non-arrival or process refunds.
