All rooms are non-smoking. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine as per Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, including related incidental costs for deodorization, may be charged.

In case of excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc., compensation may be requested. Attachment of tape for events and use of fire-hazardous materials such as gunpowder or fireworks are prohibited. In case of damage or fire after use, liability for compensation may be charged.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation, and commercial video shooting is not permitted.

According to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The partner property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee will be charged for lost card keys. (20,000 KRW)

If excessive noise is generated due to actions such as drinking or shouting, guests may be asked to vacate immediately, and refunds are not possible.

Criminal charges may apply for damage or theft of room property.

Food items will be immediately discarded due to their nature and will not be stored.

There is no separate additional charge for multi-night stays on weekdays.

However, additional charges will apply for multi-night stays on days before public holidays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, so please check.

It may be difficult to apply multi-night stay processing to separately created reservations. If you wish to use a multi-night stay, please make the reservation as a multi-night stay when first creating it.

Refund requests due to the inability to process multi-night stays for separately created reservations at check-in are difficult to approve.

Cleaning requests for specific times are not possible during multi-night stays.

Room Cleaning Service: For multi-night stays, a room cleaning service (room cleaning) is provided free of charge upon request, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room.

Additional charges apply for extra vehicle parking. (10,000 KRW)

Parking is not available for walk-in specials, so please make sure to select vehicle reservation on the booking screen.
