Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel Itaewon

At checkout I took one of the two bottled waters that were in the room refrigerator and one water bottle that the parking attendant gave me. One of the bottles opened way too easily, but I shrugged it off as my imagination; just in case I checked the bottle mouth and found marks and a smell that looked like women's lipstick or lip balm, and it had stained the tissue too. I don't know whether it was the bottle from the fridge or the one given by the parking attendant, but I had already taken a sip, and it just made me feel bad...;;;

Clean and nice. The location is great, and for those who park, the valet fee is 5,000 won. Cards accepted~

Clean and modern hotel~ It was very nice.

There was a bathtub in the bathroom, so I bought a bath bomb at the nearby LUSH store and took a bath. Overall it was pleasant and nice. I would visit again.

The accommodation was in good condition and the staff were very friendly.

I was satisfied with the service, but the facilities were a bit old, which was disappointing. The soundproofing is also not very good. I hope the facilities are well maintained.

Cleanliness and service were all good. Parking is available and it is not far from the main street of Itaewon, which was nice.

I stayed for 3 days. The valet attendant was kind, and the maid who cleaned and the front desk staff were all very friendly! The room condition was also very good :)

I had a clean, relaxing stay and am leaving.
