Paid parking is available in the underground parking garage of the hotel building at a rate of 11,000 won per day or 3,000 won per hour. However, please note that parking may not be available if the lot is full due to limited space.

[Information on Additional Personnel]

The standard occupancy is 2 people, and there is no additional charge for up to 3 or 4 guests per room.

Bedding is set up for 2 people; please note that a fee of 20,000 won per night per set will be charged for additional bedding upon request.

Matter Concerning the Accommodation of Minors

Minors may only stay at the hotel when accompanied by a parent. Please understand that other types of stays are not permitted. Minors are not allowed to stay alone.

3. An operator of a lodging business as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 5, Subparagraph na, Item 2) shall assign staff or install facilities prescribed by Presidential Decree to verify the age of visitors and shall restrict the entry of juveniles if there is a risk as described in Article 30, Paragraph 8.

4. Owners and employees of establishments deemed harmful to juveniles may, when necessary to verify age in accordance with Paragraphs 1 through 3, request the presentation of a resident registration card or other identification that verifies age; and may restrict entry to the establishment for any person who, upon being requested to present such identification, fails to do so without just cause.

(Additional fees may apply.) 10) As the building’s fire alarms are highly sensitive, smoking in guest rooms or cooking dishes that produce heavy smoke may trigger the building-wide alarm. (All rooms are non-smoking, and cooking meat or fish is not permitted.) 11) There are no first-aid kits provided in the rooms; however, if needed, please purchase supplies from the convenience store on the first floor. 12) Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
