This is a kids’ pool/water play area with a relatively shallow depth (less than 1 m) where children can play safely.

Minors are only permitted to stay when accompanied by a legal guardian.

Please note that pets are not allowed to stay with guests, except in pet rooms.

An unauthorized early check-in before the designated check-in time may incur a penalty fee of 30,000 KRW.

For a safe stay, please note that the property is not responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence, and in case of damage or loss of items, a claim for compensation at the original purchase price will be made.

All areas within the building, including the outdoor balconies, are non-smoking zones. Smoking will incur a penalty of 150,000 KRW or result in the inability to book accommodations at any of our branches in the future.

Guests who cause harm or threatening behavior to other users will be asked to vacate immediately.

Please be considerate of others during quiet hours after 9:00 PM.

If the room condition is unsatisfactory due to guest use after check-out, a special cleaning fee may be charged.

The direction of the bed, the view, and the design of the decorations in the room may differ from the photos.

The room rate includes tax and service charges.

Please check the following details for a smooth experience.

Pet policy: One dog under 15kg (legal guide dogs and other animals are not allowed)

Submission of consent form sent via KakaoTalk after booking confirmation is mandatory. Check-in may not be possible without submission.

Movement guidelines: Use of mobility aids (leash, stroller, etc.) is mandatory. Use the pet-friendly elevator.

Important Notes:

Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed without restrictions.

Pets are not allowed in auxiliary facilities (swimming pool, breakfast restaurant, etc.).

Compensation may be charged for facility contamination or damage.

Disputes and accidents are to be resolved between the parties involved, and the hotel is not responsible for accidents due to guardian negligence.

In case of continuous noise, complaints, or non-compliance with regulations, guests may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
