Hotel Bernoui Seoul

Had a great time! Even though it looked old, it was comfortable

The quality of the service itself was very good. I stayed for three nights in a row; it was fine for two days, but on the last day the noise between floors was severe, so when I reported it they resolved the problem quickly. I would return.

Clean and convenient for parking

I rested well.....

The building is older, but it seemed to be reasonably well maintained. However, there was a smell coming from the restroom right in front of the door and the drainage was poor, so I used a different bathroom to shower. The bedding was fine. Noise was not that bad, so I rested well for two days and left. I plan to use it again when I come to watch baseball next year. Oh, by the way, would you consider putting a mirror on the wall next to the TV? It was inconvenient having to use the bathroom mirror every time I applied basic skincare.

The staff were friendly and there was a convenience store right below, which was great. I stayed multiple nights; it's fine if your purpose is sightseeing!! I had a good rest and am leaving ^^

I booked because I wanted to spend a cozy time with my family, and this hotel had only positives!!! 1. The room was spacious and kept very clean, so we stayed really comfortably. 2. The bedding was comfortable and cozy, so it was great for a good rest. 3. The front desk staff were friendly and handled things quickly, so we felt good throughout our stay <- this was truly the best part... 4. It was close to the subway station, making travel convenient, and the surrounding amenities were well equipped, so it was easy to find places to eat and use the convenience store. 5. Breakfast had a variety of options and was tasty, and the staff in the restaurant were also friendly. Overall, the hotel had many advantages, the value for the price was very high, and if I visit Seoul again I would like to stay here again!

Parking was convenient and the room was comfortable to use.

I stayed here for a business trip... It felt a bit nicer than a motel. However, there are many foreigners (mostly Chinese), and there are almost no Koreans..

When I travel and check into a place, I'm the kind of person who always buys convenience store late-night snacks, so I like that there's a CU downstairs. The bathroom is clean and the shampoo and body wash smell nice. Breakfast is neatly prepared and tasty. I still remember the plump sausages. That's why I think a hotel is better even if it's a bit far.
