-Rooms are based on 2 people per room, and no additional guests are allowed.

The maximum occupancy includes infants and toddlers.

Any additional guests beyond the reservation will be subject to immediate eviction, regardless of the reason.

- Check-out time is 11:00 AM the following day.

-Netflix is available with a personal account.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.

A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected in the room.

Designated smoking areas are located next to the back entrance parking lot on the 1st floor and on the 8th-floor rooftop terrace.

-Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. Personal hot plates, air fryers, etc., are not permitted.

-Guests will be charged for any contamination, damage, or loss of facilities and amenities.

(Moving furniture or damaging walls is prohibited (e.g., attaching party decorations)).

-All activities involving the use of open flames (candles, butane gas, etc.) are prohibited due to fire hazards.

-No cancellations/refunds are available for guests accompanied by pets upon check-in.

(We ask for your understanding.)

-If the standard occupancy is exceeded, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person per night will be charged on-site.

(However, when using Suite or Royal Suite rooms, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per night will be charged.)

If impurities or colors spread in the bathtub due to the use of colored bath bombs in bathtub rooms,

or if there is a color transfer to the bathtub or hotel items due to hair dyeing,

commercial compensation for damages and restoration to original condition will be enforced.
