The resort itself was fine. However, there was a needle stuck in the resort blanket, and while my nephew was tidying the blanket the needle pierced his toe and came out the other side. We had taken time off as a family for a vacation, and resolving this was our priority so we went to the hospital and got treatment. (We called staff right away, but instead of saying "let's go to the hospital now," they acted like "go to the hospital on your own?" and insisted there was no way a needle could be in the blanket. So did the needle suddenly fall from the sky..?) Fortunately there was no infection, but they said it would have been serious if it had pierced the bone. It took time to go to the hospital, and we had to pay flight change/cancellation fees and extend our schedule. Since there were many people, we just extended the accommodation as it was, and the resort apologized and gave about 15,000 won for the hospital bill plus roughly 20,000 won off the lodging, but we wonder if we were too conciliatory. (We are not asking for more.) Just because we did not raise our voices, and fortunately the bone was not pierced, does not mean this was a minor matter. The resort seemed to treat it as a small incident. I still regret having handled it quietly. If there had been a man, or if we had made a stronger complaint, would they have recognized the seriousness? I keep regretting it.
Jeju Spring and Autumn Resort where I stayed for 2 nights I was satisfied with both the view and cleanliness! The bed was big and soft so I slept very well. When I sleep at other hotels my throat always gets dry when I wake up, but maybe the air conditioner was well cleaned or there was no dust, it did not feel dry at all♡ One downside was that there were no amenities, which was disappointing ㅠㅠ I knew that beforehand though, so it was just a wishful thought lol Anyway, if you are going to Seongsan Ilchulbong (Seongsan Sunrise Peak) or Udo, book this place. Next time I'll come with my family and try using the pool. I will visit again!

I rested comfortably with my family and am leaving now.
Clean and the facilities are very well maintained ^^ It was a flawless accommodation. The curt female staff member at the front desk seemed to need improvement.
The facilities were good and having a convenience store in Building B was convenient, but it was inconvenient that only the double room on the 4th floor of Building A did not have a microwave.
Clean and tidy The pool is free for guests.
The view was great and the morning running course was nice.
That place famous as a family accommodation~ Best value for money. We only slept there, but the pool facilities were good and there is a lawn so it seems great for relaxing ^^

The view wasn't bad, and the room was clean and just the right size. Overall I was satisfied, but the noise was quite bad. People making noise in the hallway, and a woman in another room laughing and shouting loudly was very distracting. Also the front desk was friendly, but the cleaning staff were unfriendly.

I stayed there with my family during Lunar New Year this year and liked it so much I booked again. The accommodation was very clean and the ocean view was amazing. The bedding was very neat and comfortable so I slept well. I went again with my parents and everyone was very satisfied and kept praising it, saying they wanted to use it again. Parking is convenient, the facilities are clean, and the amenities are well maintained, so it is great for playing on the beach right in front.
