The accommodation is located right in front of Songjeong Beach, so it's great for walks. The pool and ryokan were also convenient to use. It's good for a group of six to hang out.

It was my first time staying at a place with a ryokan..... I really, really want to recommend it. The ryokan, as well as the spacious rooms and cleanliness, the promptness of communication, the water purifier and other amenities are truly the best!!

Solstay Pool Villa & Ryokan is a new establishment that opened in March 2023 in Songjeong, Busan's hot spot. All rooms offer ocean views, and each room features a private pool and ryokan. It is Busan's first pool villa & ryokan where guests can enjoy a differentiated swimming pool and hot spring simultaneously.

1 car per room is allowed. Please leave your contact information if using a vehicle.

(If you have more than 2 vehicles, please use the nearby public parking lot.)

Children under 36 months are free, and pets are not allowed. (The property is not responsible for safety accidents when accompanied by infants.)

If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, an additional fee per person will be charged. (If guests secretly check-in beyond the declared number, an additional 50,000 KRW per person will be charged.)

The first set of extra bedding is free. From the second set, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per set will be charged.

Swimming Pool (Heated/Lukewarm Water)

-Lukewarm water in summer (25~28℃) - Operating period (April~October): 50,000 KRW

-Heated water in winter (28~36℃) - Operating period (November~March): 50,000 KRW

Mixed gender occupancy for teenagers is prohibited. Minors are strictly not allowed to check in even if they are of the same gender, and refunds are not possible for this reason.

The accommodation is not responsible for valuables or lost items during room use.

Full responsibility for costs of damage or destruction to facilities will be charged.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. (All rooms are non-smoking: smoking will activate fire detectors and sprinklers.)

When using the swimming pool, swimsuits and rash guards must be worn, and children must adhere to safety rules under parental supervision.

When accompanied by pets, inquiry with the accommodation and direct payment at the property are mandatory.

If you make a reservation without prior inquiry, it may be non-refundable and your check-in may be canceled, so please keep this in mind.

When accompanied by pets, a deposit of 100,000 KRW is required. If the room condition is satisfactory after check-out, 100% will be refunded the next day.

Pets are absolutely not allowed to use the swimming pool or hinoki bath.
