I think it's a reasonably priced, good-value room. It's normal.
Good good, not bad haha.
I booked it quickly after checking and because the reviews were good. The accommodation is really clean and nice! It seems they paid a lot of attention ~ Thanks to that I was able to rest comfortably :) I intend to stay again. I recommend it!
Parking space is limited, but the room was nice.

The sink drains a bit slowly, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. Overall it was clean and nice, and the owner is friendly.
There was no smell at all, and it was very clean.
There was a karaoke place next door, so it was a bit noisy when sleeping 😢 There was an elevator, and the bathroom was spacious.
