I was worried it might be difficult to get around since the accommodation is on the outskirts, but it actually felt quiet and pleasant! They offered to hold our luggage in advance, so we left it there and could travel comfortably! We ate food wrapped from the market, and many places deliver, so there were no particular inconveniences. There is a convenience store about a 3-minute walk from the accommodation? So if you need anything, buying it should be easy! I traveled with friends and we split into two per twin bed; it didn't feel cramped and we were able to use it at a much better price than in Daejeon city.
The room is cozy, warm, quiet, and nice. As I always feel, the outlet locations are awkward.

Cancellations/refunds due to refusal of entry caused by underage mixed-gender bookings are not possible.
Even for special rooms with a maximum occupancy of 2 or more, mixed groups of 3 or more (excluding families) are not permitted.
Please note that this property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine and ancillary costs related to odor removal may be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.
Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events and fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks is not permitted. Compensation liability may be charged for damage or fire after use.
Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video shoots, please inquire in advance.
In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, should be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.
When leaving the room after check-in, please leave the card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged for lost card keys.
Excessive noise caused by activities such as drinking or loud singing may result in eviction, and no refund will be processed.
Damage to or theft of room property may result in criminal prosecution depending on the circumstances.
OTT services like Netflix can be used free of charge with your own account.
To participate in ESG management that considers the environment, some disposable amenity sets are sold for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk for purchase.
Reusable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are available for free use.
