Please keep your dog on a leash when moving outside the hotel.

Under no circumstances should you leave your dog unattended inside or outside the room,

and the hotel and its staff assume no responsibility

for accidents or the loss of your dog resulting from the owner’s negligence.

Dogs that bark excessively or display aggression toward other dogs or people may be asked to leave without a refund.

If a guest’s dog causes harm to other guests or their pets,

or if an accident occurs, the matter must be resolved between the parties involved;

the hotel and its staff cannot be held liable.

If your dog defecates inside or outside the hotel, you must clean up the waste immediately.

During your stay, you assume full responsibility for any damage or harm caused by your dog to the hotel,

as well as full responsibility for any other guests or staff members harmed by your dog.

You agree to indemnify the hotel for any actual losses, claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs

(including attorney’s fees and litigation costs)

on behalf of the hotel.
