Unless a specific request is made, rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you check out after the designated check-out time, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour may be charged.

Please inform us in advance if you wish for a Late Check-Out.

This property operates all rooms as non-smoking.

(Smoking is prohibited everywhere inside the building; please use the designated smoking area in the outdoor parking lot.)

Refund policies for reservation cancellations are applied according to Gyeongju Sugar Hotel's internal regulations.

Same-day cancellations for Gyeongju Sugar Hotel are strictly not possible.

Please check the usage notice. We regret to inform you that phone calls for refund requests will not be accommodated.

⭐ Room Usage Guide ⭐

All room rates are based on 2 people (Deluxe Twin is based on 4 people), and additional guests are allowed.

✔️25,000 KRW for ages 14 and under (prices may increase during peak season and holidays ^^)

✔️15,000 KRW for elementary school students (prices may increase during peak season and holidays ^^)

✔️10,000 KRW for ages 3-7 (prices may increase during peak season and holidays ^^)

✔️Infants under 24 months are free

✔️A reissuance fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged for lost room key cards.

Guests engaging in drinking or disruptive behavior will be evicted without a refund.

Please refrain from drinking or disruptive behavior after midnight.

(Please note that if other rooms complain, forced eviction will occur without a refund.)

Please be advised that compensation will be charged if room slippers are worn outside.

Please be advised that cooking in the room will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Cleaning for multi-night stay rooms will be provided upon customer request.

Please be advised that compensation will be charged if the property is harmed by careless actions of guests corresponding to the above points.
