Check-in Information

Our accommodation offers non-face-to-face check-in and check-out services, and there is no separate front desk.

On the day of check-in, approximately 1-2 hours before check-in time, we will send you your room number and room password.

Additional Payment Information

Extra Guests

- 20,000 KRW per person, per night for exceeding the standard occupancy (includes bedding topper + single duvet)

- One preschooler is free when using existing bedding; 10,000 KRW if extra bedding is required.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

- 10,000 KRW per hour for exceeding the standard time

- Late check-out possible until 1:00 PM at the latest

Parking Information

Paid parking available within the building (11,000 KRW per vehicle, per night)

1. After entering, please send your full vehicle number via text message.

2. No entry/exit between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM (vehicles entering after 10:00 PM can park against the wall if space is available).

3. Free entry/exit based on 24 hours from the time of entry.

4. Re-entry is not possible after exiting on the check-out day.

5. For tower parking, please confirm vehicles that cannot be parked in advance before applying.

6. Only vehicles with length 5,205mm / width 2,100mm / height 1,900mm / weight 2,300kg or less are allowed.

7. Large vehicles such as Carnival, Starex, G90, Tesla, and electric vehicles are not allowed.

8. Vehicles that are not allowed should use nearby public parking lots (no affiliated parking lots are provided separately).

Pet Information

Up to 2 dogs weighing 10kg or less are allowed.

Additional charge: 15,000 KRW per dog, per night (additional payment required)

Pets are allowed, but if confirmed after check-in/check-out without prior application, forced eviction is possible (no refund, additional charges apply).

When bringing pets (please observe pet etiquette):

1. This is a pet-friendly building, not a pet-exclusive building. Please carry your pet in corridors and elevators.

2. Dogs with severe barking or marking issues are not allowed. If complaints arise, eviction measures will be taken (no refund).

3. Do not leave your pet alone. We are not responsible for accidents that occur when leaving your pet alone, and if barking causes complaints, eviction measures will be taken (no refund).

4. Full repair costs may be charged for damage to supplies or rooms due to marking or other behaviors. If repairs are needed and the room cannot be sold, compensation for this may also be requested.

5. Pet supplies are not provided separately. Please bring your own pads, bowls, etc.

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on 2 people; for special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of occupants is required. An additional fee applies for each extra person (inquire with the accommodation). Additional charges may be automatically applied if the check-out time is exceeded. Please confirm with the affiliated property regarding the eligibility of minors for check-in before making a reservation. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry due to minors reserving mixed-gender rooms. Guests may be asked to show ID for mixed-gender stays; denial of entry is possible if not presented, and refunds are not possible for cancellations.
