A must-read for all guests visiting Avenue!!

All rooms are limited to a maximum of 2 guests. If you wish to check in with 3 or more people, please be sure to contact the property before making your reservation (including glamping guests; glamping provides one 2-person room).

Family Twin rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests (Since the amount you paid is based on 2 guests, an additional fee of 10,000 won will apply for extra guests. Please pay this fee upon check-in!)

- Rooms for “Walking Distance Specials,” “Late Check-in,” “Event Rooms,” and “First-Come, First-Served Specials” are assigned randomly. Please be sure to check the details before booking. (We also have twin rooms with two beds, so if there are many double room reservations and no twin room reservations available, you’ll be assigned a twin room. If you wish to change your room type, you’ll be charged the difference between the price you paid and the price of the available room / We do not automatically assign one bed for a single guest or two beds for a couple... As the name implies, room assignments are random based on availability, so if you want a double room, please, please book a double room ㅜㅜ )

- Netflix, Disney, and TVING are available in all rooms

- Hair straighteners are provided in the rooms

- Wired chargers can be rented at the front desk after leaving your ID as collateral

For products where the room or bed type is assigned at check-in or not specified, a specific room or bed type is not guaranteed (walk-in specials, late check-in, first-come-first-served specials, and event rooms are assigned randomly).

If you wish to change your room (including changes due to adding guests), you will be charged the difference between the price of your desired room type and the room type you booked (plus a separate 10,000 KRW fee for each additional guest). (For same-day room changes, an additional fee based on the rate for the new room type and the time of day may apply, and your stay time may be reduced. If you have a specific room in mind, please be sure to book that exact room!!!!)

For consecutive nights or extensions, please contact the property directly (excluding consecutive-night packages; consecutive stays in the same room are not permitted).

- EX) For all stays, check-out is at 3:00 PM on weekdays, and check-in is at 4:00 PM the following day!

Please be sure to check the times. A 15,000 KRW surcharge applies for each hour of unused time, OR you must move to a different room each day.

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted if illegal software is used.

Same-day cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited.

If ID (resident registration card or driver’s license) is requested upon check-in and check-in is denied due to being a minor or failure to present ID, cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited.

A 20,000 won fee applies for lost room keys.

Parking is available for one car per room!! (All day-use and overnight stays)

A fee of 15,000 won per hour will be charged for early parking.

Parking is not permitted without a car key.

Please be advised that if you park more than one car per room, you may be charged 30,000 won per additional car!!

- There is no parking fee. If there is space available in the parking lot, we’ll let you park for the standard hourly rate. Please note that parking is not guaranteed just by paying the fee ㅜㅜ. When you check in, please let us know you have two cars before heading up to your room.

(Especially on weekends, when there are many vehicles, we cannot accommodate additional cars without prior notice!)

Parking is absolutely not allowed for “Walking Special” packages!! _☆Reservations made in error by the customer cannot be canceled ㅠㅠ☆

(However, if you arrive by car, additional fees may apply due to a change in room type!)

Guests arriving by truck are asked to contact the property before making a reservation.

Please note that parking rules follow the same schedule as check-in times; we appreciate your understanding!

_Since we have limited room types, if you arrive without inquiring first and the 3-person rooms are fully booked, you will need to book an additional room!!!

- One 2-person glamping room is provided.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room!! (Day use, overnight stays)

Parking hours follow the same schedule as check-in times; thank you for your understanding!

If you wish to park before your check-in time, an additional fee will apply (please contact the resort).

If you check out later than the scheduled check-out time, an additional fee will apply!

The fee is 10,000 won per hour; if you exceed one hour, you will be charged one full day’s rate, so please keep this in mind!

(It’s not 10,000 won per hour ㅜㅜ—if you stay past one hour, you’ll be charged the full hourly rate without exception!!

If you don’t let us know in advance, it will disrupt the schedule for the next guests ㅜㅜ. We’d appreciate it if you could let us know ahead of time~~♥)

★★ For glamping with 2 or more people, please contact the accommodation directly!!!!★★

All guests staying with 3 or more people or using the glamping site must contact the accommodation before making a reservation. It’s always so stressful when problems arise ㅜ

Room rates are based on 2 guests // For 3 or more guests, a room change fee and additional guest fee will be charged (please contact us about accommodations ㅜㅜ)----If you don’t contact us in advance, there won’t be any rooms available ㅠ

Check-in will be denied if you do not have a valid ID (social media profiles and student IDs are not accepted)

For groups of 2 or more (additional guests may only use the glamping site and must return home afterward), a fee of 15,000 won per person applies

If any guest in the group does not have a valid ID, only that guest will be denied entry / Cancellations or refunds due to lack of ID are absolutely not permitted

※Glamping Hours※

Weekdays and weekends: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM // Check-in time: We’ll assist you based on your scheduled check-in time for that day’s stay.

Please clean up after using the glamping site (recyclables, food waste, and proper waste separation).

A cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged if the area is not cleaned up.

Campfire: Available for purchase

BBQ Set (charcoal + disposable grill plate): 30,000 won

Alcohol is available for purchase at the concession stand
