I think it's reasonably good value in Gangnam. However, I am deducting one star because the bedding laundering is insufficient (yellowing) with stains, and the bathroom cleaning is inadequate.

I was a guest who specifically asked for the room condition to be checked because it was our anniversary, and I had received a reply. I gave three stars because of the polite guidance and follow-up actions, but starting with the room condition, I wonder if the star rating even matters. The room key did not register well, there was an unpleasant odor, a bathroom with mold, a showerhead spraying water in all directions, broken hinges, and the in-room phone was not set up. I checked and reported each item myself, but since I paid for the service, the room condition was terrible and I felt it would have been better to take a taxi home than stay here for this price. At the very least you should have replied by email; you should have confirmed when I requested it at check-in. If you operate an unmanned check-in system, doesn't that make requested checks meaningless? For a one-night guest, the storage space is useless, there was not even a single charger provided, the service was worse than a motel, and the uncomfortable bedding is a serious problem.
