Although it was old, the facilities available inside were good.

There is a well-maintained walking path around the lake, and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast corner staff always greeted us kindly. Also, the male staff member was cooperative when changing the assigned room, and housekeeping quickly took care of requests for missing items, so thank you. And having a microwave was convenient and nice. However, the corridor ventilation on each floor and the torn wallpaper seem to need repair.

I thought the facilities looked old so I had low expectations, but I was completely satisfied. I will definitely go again.

Maybe it had been a long time since it was cleaned or they once cleaned with a broom, and there were so many bristle fragments that had fallen off the broom. I was traveling with a baby and kept stepping on them, and I was worried the baby might eat them, so I wiped the entire room with wet wipes before I felt assured. Please pay more attention to cleanliness management.

It was clean, the view was great, and I was very satisfied. This was my third time using Alpensia; there were many restaurants and a large convenience store, so it was very convenient.

I like this place.

The dazzling lights made a very strong impression, like being in a large village in the middle of a festival. The facilities are a bit old, but various amenities are well gathered and the heating and hot water were not inconvenient. However, the pillow was too hard, so I used a cushion I had in the car as a pillow. If they replace the pillow, it could be a much more comfortable place to rest. We enjoyed a relaxed and pleasant time with the dinner package without worrying about the evening menu, and I would like to revisit.
