Sweet Hotel Jeju

The staff were friendly and the place was clean! The breakfast was also decent!!!

I was very satisfied. They upgraded our room so we could use a terrace room, and the room-service breakfast was delicious. My pregnant wife says this is the best accommodation in the Jungmun Tourist Complex.

The accommodation was clean and small, but it was nice to have a pool. The breakfast is also okay. Above all, I really liked the terrace room.

Kids' room terrace: our 7-year-old loved it. He slept through the night, maybe because he liked the bed. The pool was smaller than expected, but the water was warm so he had a great time, and the breakfast was tidy and we ate well. We will probably visit again!

This is a hotel I always stay at for one night when I come to Jeju. Be sure to order the suite breakfast. The quality is good and the atmosphere is great if you eat on the terrace~! Highly recommended.

The hotel itself was nice, but the overall service and responses were disappointing. It is five-star, but there was only one hotel key. The lobby always had only one staff member after 4–5 PM and only one in the morning (I did not check the check-in time). The double room I was first given had outlets that were too far away and inconvenient, and when the three of us moved to the first-floor terrace, there was only a narrower double bed with no extra bed, so they gave us futon bedding to put on the floor, but the futon was so hard that my back hurt... Still, it was clean and the location was good because it is in the Jungmun Tourist Complex.

I would visit again. It's good.
