Enford Hotel

I didn't know there was a hotel like this in Cheongju! The front desk staff were kind, it was comfortable and pleasant, and most of all convenient because there are nearby places to eat, haha. The pool was perfect too!

A business trip came up suddenly... It was clean, cozy, and pleasant.

It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool had three lanes so I could swim comfortably.

The breakfast was tasty and the room was clean.

Overall, I am satisfied.

There was foreign material on the shower gown and towels and the hygiene was poor... While showering the shower hose came off;;;; I saw the showerhead was rusted or broken and could not be reattached, so I called and they told me to go use another room's shower, so I went to another room to shower. Unbelievable.

The facilities and amenities are both excellent.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the pool was large, and there were many baby supplies available, so it was perfect for going with my baby!! I want to come again next time ^^
