Sonokam Goyang

I use this place frequently. I like it.

I have used SonoCam frequently, but this time I was very disappointed. When we entered the room, slippers had not been prepared. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone connection kept failing, so we thought we were doing something wrong and waited on the line for 10 minutes. Then we called SonoCam directly on our mobile and found out the in-room phone was broken, so they replaced it with a new unit. Also, in the middle of the night it was so hot that we lowered the air conditioner temperature, but no matter what we did the temperature did not go down and the room temperature only rose to 31 degrees. We contacted the front desk in the morning. They said the temperature rose because of sunlight after opening the curtains in the morning and told us to close the curtains. I think that response was totally inappropriate. I have used SonoCam a lot and have never experienced anything like this. We were hot all night, my friends woke up and had a hard time, and only then did they say they would send an engineer. In the morning while we were getting ready to leave, the engineers came, opened the air conditioner, stirred up dust, and worked in front of the bathroom so we could not use it. Eventually they said the air conditioner filter had not been replaced for a long time so the temperature would not go down, which was absurd. Why do you carry the title of a 5-star hotel? When we checked out and told the staff, they just told us to write our complaints on the website and did not say much else, which made us feel even worse. We wanted to spend a happy day, but the day we stayed at SonoCam is remembered as a day full of calls to the front desk and complaints.

This SonoCam accommodation was quiet and nice. I stayed one night because of an event schedule, and it was a bit of a shame that I only slept. There was a bathtub, so I could soak in warm water to relieve my fatigue, and the room was spacious so I liked it. If you go on a weekday you can probably get a good price. However, there are apartments nearby so you cannot expect a view, but the bed was comfortable so I slept well. If I visit again next time I would like to stay here.

I booked this date for a 2-night, 3-day stay and added one more day to rest :) It's the kind of hotel I wanted to stay at that long!

It's always a delightful place every time I come! It's the hotel I always consider my number one choice whenever I come to relax :)
