Overall it was clean and the service was good. Good good
I couldn't use it, but it looked like there was duty-free in the same building! And the location is close to the airport haha Even though we weren't on a high floor, we could still see planes flying! We arrived late but there was plenty of parking and there were restaurants and a large hospital nearby~~ As expected from Lotte, the desk staff were very friendly, and they promptly restocked any missing items haha Not only the desk, but the cleaning staff also greeted us warmly and I was really satisfied 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 However, the hair dryer in the hotel seemed a bit old and might need replacement 🥲 Satisfied with the room cleanliness, location, and staff 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I stayed in a room with the best ocean view and felt like I was abroad; I had a great rest. The surrounding infrastructure is excellent too.
It was convenient being near downtown, and the room view of the airport and the sea was lovely. The breakfast had fresh vegetables and a wide variety of menu items, which was nice.
This is the place I always use when I visit Jeju! I recommend it, haha.
It was clean and nice. Even though it was on a low floor, it felt open and spacious.
I would like to stay here again.
It was really, really, really great. Next time I want to use the sauna.
