At midnight and again at 6 AM the fire alarm malfunctioned twice.. it went off and woke the kids :(
The price was reasonable so the two of us stayed one night and had a good time, but the facilities are old and feel worn.
Because it is an older building there was a bit of an odor, but it was convenient for family use and the breakfast was acceptable~^^
It is rather aged, The room condition was disappointing for the price, But it was suitable as a place to just sleep lightly while traveling I liked that the room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, there was a convenience store in the basement, and it was close to nearby attractions.
Good service and spacious, so I liked it.

Very satisfied for the price~~
Good for a family trip.
It was the worst. Bugs appeared so we could not sleep and left.
The room was more spacious than I expected, and we stayed comfortably with the kids. It is supposed to be for up to 8 people, but the living room is so wide that it seems possible for 10. However, the Ashley inside the resort had very little food, and because it was a holiday with weekend rates, it felt like a waste of money. For food, try delivery or use the adjacent Hanwha Resort restaurant.
I used the Gyeongju branch junior suite room, and when I went in I was shocked as if I had returned to the 1980s — the facilities were extremely old. I arrived at 2 PM and they had not assigned the room in advance and told me to come back. Is that dark, greasy gas range and the dust-covered air conditioner with a 90s Kkumdori character really meant to be used? The bathroom light is dim and the hair dryer rattles — I could not tell if it was actually producing air or not. There was not a single mirror outside the bathroom and not even one cosmetic tissue, yet they charge 260,000 won for a room like this. I felt cheated. I found that remodeled rooms are sold as clean rooms, but unremodeled rooms are effectively dirty rooms; they should disclose this in advance or not sell those rooms at all so as not to deceive customers. My first family trip to Gyeongju was badly ruined because of the accommodation.
