LeBon Suwon Silkroad Hotel

The room was tidy, and above all the location near popular restaurants was excellent. We had a great time. I will use it again, haha.

I returned because the breakfast was delicious, but it felt like something was missing compared to before. Still, it was tasty. I rested well.

Good: clean and the rooms are spacious. The lobby is also spacious.

The room photos in the app and reality are completely different. When I saw the pictures I thought it would be an older 3-star business or tourist hotel, but it was more like an expensive motel with no cigarette smell. Why is there a computer in the room? There were even hairs left in the bathtub that weren't cleaned up. If you’re going to stay here, either spend a bit more and go to another hotel or save money and go to a motel.

The value for money is good, though the soundproofing is slightly lacking. It’s good for a comfortable rest.

I had business in the Suwon area and stopped by. I chose this after debating because I needed a late check-out the next day. The location is a bit away from the busy area, so it wasn’t too noisy and that was nice, but the basic condition was disappointing. The disposable items in the bathroom were only cotton swabs and a comb; you have to buy a toothbrush separately and there was no shower towel. They should at least make them available for purchase... I don't know if they just weren't prepared or if they normally don't provide them, so I just left it. More than anything, the TV could not find the signal with the set-top box at first, so I had to call staff to fix it, but even after that it kept cutting out while watching. Anyway, it was inconvenient. If you just need a big bathroom and a place to sleep for one night, it’s not bad, but if you want a more upscale or atmospheric feel, you might want to avoid it. Still, the room and bathroom weren’t so small as to feel cramped, so that was fine. Even so, all the facilities inevitably feel a bit old.

The facilities are clean and nice.

This price range is suitable for a trip to Suwon with a child.

While trying to sleep, the sound of water was so loud I thought a flood had come.

It was good as accommodation for a family trip.
