I had a great time, it was so nice~~
It was my first time at a five-star hotel; the staff were very kind, they changed my city view to a ferris wheel view, the room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious—everything was great.
As expected from a 5-star hotel, not only is the service excellent but the room condition is really good. If I had the money, I would want to come every time; being treated so well makes me feel really great.
It was a bit disappointing compared to other 5-star hotels, but the staff are friendly. Next time I want to try the breakfast.
The view is decent and the breakfast has gotten much better, but I wish they had at least a mushroom soup~ If the front desk response were a bit softer~ The sauna is under construction and the bathing area is cramped~ Parking entrance is still narrow and the parking spaces are tight~ There is still noise between floors~ The elevator has no floor indicator~ And it is slow.
The accommodation is old and the price is expensive~~ I am disappointed.
Good value for money, clean, and the view is nice. It is right next to the department store so the layout is convenient; I would like to visit again. The parking lot is narrow so large cars have difficulty parking.
I liked it. I'll come again next time.
