Maybe because there were three of us, we were given a basement-level loft on B1. It had no windows, the typical basement smell, dark stained bedding, a sink that wouldn't drain, a broken dining chair, and cigarette odor... We booked more than two weeks in advance so there shouldn't have been no rooms, but for the not-insubstantial price of 150,000 won I even felt sorry to my colleagues as the host. All three of them were patients...

I used room B01. The bathroom water does not seem to drain well! It's spacious and I like it. What is disappointing is that the TV is only on the lower floor.

The room I booked for 100,000 won on a weekday was in the basement and had no windows. This is the first time I've ever had a hotel in the basement.

Netflix, YouTube, and other OTT services are available in all rooms.

Two-room, duplex, and rooftop units each have a large refrigerator and a Styler, and additional guests can be accommodated for a fee upon reservation.

-No refund for cancellations after check-in.

-No entry for minors.

-Co-ed groups of 3 or more are not permitted (if co-ed occupancy is confirmed after check-in, eviction will occur and accommodation fees will not be refunded; please inquire at the desk before check-in).

-Due to limited parking, only one car per room is allowed. Parking is only available at check-in.

-Please note that balcony use may not be possible in case of rain.

-While duplex units are located underground, the 1st and 2nd floors have high ceilings. Therefore, whether or not the unit receives sunlight, air purifiers are provided to maintain optimal conditions.

-Two-room units have one bed and are only separated by space (no door).

--Rooftop mini-pool use is available by advance reservation with cold water during July-August (operated by reservation system, separate fee of ₩50,000. Immediate use on the same day may not be possible)
