Kumho Jeju Resort

Since it was a renovated room, it was clean and suitable for a family of five to stay. Cooking was also possible, so it was nice to be able to make simple meals~~~

The condition of the accommodation was good. However, the staff service was absolutely terrible. There was not a single friendly staff member. From the phone call, they sighed repeatedly and responded as if it was a bother. They did not notify guests of any information at all and caused customers to make wasted trips. Especially the staff at the pool counter were the worst. The counter is the face of the place, so I do not understand why they would put such an unfriendly person there.

It was clean and good for a one-night stay. The kids liked it too.

The facilities are old but comfortable. There were no problems with the amenities, and when I travel to Jeju I usually stay here. I like it.

Bugs kept appearing, but the staff responded quickly and changed our room, which was great. The nearby walking trail continues to Keuneung and it is lovely, with so many photo spots^^ It is also a great location for visiting Namwon restaurants!!

I came with my parents and children for a family trip. The building is not new, but it felt well maintained, and the pool was clean with water that was not too cold, so it was great for kids to use. We took photos at the Hanbando photo spot and enjoyed the well-maintained walking trail, so we had a wonderful time. The most satisfying thing was the breakfast buffet. Rather than having a wide variety, there were no divisive items and the menu consisted of familiar, popular dishes, which I personally preferred. I will visit again on my next trip to Jeju. This is a great place for a walk~ We didn't use the pool this time, but it seems like it would be nice if you have young children~
