1. Luggage storage is available in advance.

2. All rooms are non-smoking.

A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the room or in the bathroom. If you are caught smoking and a complaint is received from a neighboring room, you will be asked to check out immediately without a refund.

These hotel policies are in place to ensure that all guests visiting Maison de Centum have a comfortable stay.

3. Access is restricted for minors; please understand that we will verify identification upon check-in. Minors are strictly prohibited from checking in unless accompanied by a parent.

4. A fee of 30,000 won per person will be charged for exceeding the standard occupancy.

No one beyond the maximum occupancy is permitted to stay in the room (non-refundable).

Please contact us in advance if you are traveling with infants.

Mixed-gender groups of three or more are not permitted.

If you are holding a balloon event, please do not attach tape to the wallpaper or curtains.

Please be careful not to damage the wallpaper when bringing food into the room.

You will be held liable for compensation in the event of excessive damage.

The “Unlimited Room” usage time is the maximum allowed. Usage may be restricted depending on closing time.

1. Notice Regarding Consecutive Nights

There is no additional charge for consecutive nights on weekdays.

★However, please note that an additional fee (30,000 won per night) applies for consecutive nights on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Room Cleaning Service: Room cleaning is provided only upon request.

2. Check-in is available until 1:00 a.m. Please note that check-in is not possible after this time.

If you are unavoidably delayed, please contact the front desk.

However, this does not apply to guests making same-day late-night reservations or check-ins.

3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a fee of 10,000 won per hour.

Early check-in and late check-out may not be available depending on the hotel’s occupancy on the day of your stay.
