The owner was kind and easy to contact. The room was very clean! The view is great haha. The location speaks for itself. There was a small terrace where we could relax!! Words in a review are not enough but this is truly the best accommodation!!! If I book a place in Haeundae again, I definitely want to stay here (Thank you to the owner for resolving the sponge issue!)

For the price, the location is good and I had a comfortable stay. However, the elevator is very crowded and waiting is inconvenient.

I liked everything. The facilities, the view, and the amenities were great, and being right in front of the beach made it even better. If there was one drawback, it would be the parking. Once you park, it feels a bit burdensome to move your car. Also you have to pay a parking fee, but other than that everything was good.
The accommodation is clean and convenient for taking the subway.
A place I frequently use for business trips. The room is well maintained. Large refrigerator. Always satisfied. On this visit I was able to use it comfortably with plenty of towels. I plan to use it again next time.

1. After entry, please send your full vehicle number via text message.
2. Entry and exit are not permitted from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (vehicles entering after 10:00 PM can park against the wall if space is available).
3. Free entry and exit are possible based on 24 hours from the time of entry.
4. Re-entry is not permitted after exiting on the departure day.
5. Please check for vehicles not suitable for tower parking in advance and apply.
6. Only vehicles with a length of 5,205mm / width of 2,100mm / height of 1,900mm / weight of 2,300kg or less are permitted.
7. Large vehicles such as Carnival, Starex, G90, Tesla, and electric vehicles are not permitted.
8. For non-permitted vehicles, please use nearby public parking lots (no affiliated parking lots are provided separately).

- Exceeding the standard occupancy: 20,000 KRW per person, per night (includes bedding topper + single duvet)
- One preschool-aged child using existing bedding is free; if extra bedding is required, 10,000 KRW
Early Check-in & Late Check-out
- Exceeding standard time: 10,000 KRW per hour
- Late check-out possible until 1:00 PM at the latest
- Advance inquiry required
- For stays of 5 nights or more, one full cleaning is provided free of charge (upon request).
- Trash collection, bottled water, towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent can be requested additionally.
- If requested by the day before or by the morning of the same day, we will process it between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
(Please understand that it may be difficult to provide services outside these hours.)
- Room cleaning begins after 11:00 AM on the departure day, and the door may be opened for cleaning, so please ensure you check out before 11:00 AM.
- Cooking using personal fire sources like barbecues is not permitted. Cooking is allowed for foods that do not produce strong odors.
- Please gather trash in a trash can or in a plastic bag you have and keep it in one place.
- Please wash dishes after use.
Free luggage storage is available. If you wish to store luggage, please contact the property in advance.
