✔ Rental Items: Nintendo, hair straighteners, gaming headsets, and cell phone chargers. If you need additional items, you can rent them for free by leaving your ID at the front desk.

✔ Basic Supplies: Disposable chopsticks, contact lens cases/saline solution, first-aid supplies (Please request these at the front desk if needed.)

✔ Lost and Found: Unclaimed lost items will be held for up to 4 weeks before being disposed of.

1. All rooms are based on double occupancy (additional charges apply for extra guests).

2. Please be sure to contact the hotel if more than two people will be staying in a room (ages 8 and up).

3. As a general rule, one week’s stay is allowed per room.

4. Mixed-gender occupancy is prohibited under hotel regulations. (Mixed-gender occupancy refers to a room occupied by multiple men and women.)

(Please note that refunds and cancellations are not permitted for this reason.)

5. A 30,000 KRW fee will be charged for lost room keys.

- 100% refund if canceled 7 days in advance

- Refund minus a 30% deduction if canceled 5 days in advance

- Refund minus a 50% deduction if canceled 3 days in advance

- Refund minus an 80% deduction if canceled 1 day in advance

- No refunds or cancellations on the day of arrival.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Check-in times are subject to change.

Advance Check-in Notification Text: We will send a text message in advance to customers with same-day reservations to confirm their check-in and provide guidance.

Vacancy Policy: If you do not check in by 1:00 a.m. the following day after making a same-day reservation without prior notice and we are unable to contact you, we will assume you have no intention of using the room, and your reservation may be automatically canceled.

No Refund Policy: In accordance with platform and property policies, refunds are strictly prohibited for cancellations resulting from same-day no-shows.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you must check in late (after 1:00 a.m.), please be sure to contact the property in advance, even if it is inconvenient. Thank you.
