☆ 1 vehicle per room can be parked / 1 additional vehicle (20,000 KRW)
For multi-night stays, a fee of 10,000 KRW applies on weekdays, and for KINTEX, Goyang Sports Complex events, and on weekends and holidays for Day Use.
Room rates are based on 2 people, with a maximum occupancy of 3 people.
Extra person charge: 15,000 KRW for elementary school students (8 years and older) / 10,000 KRW for children aged 3 to 7 / (Children under 36 months can stay for free)
An additional fee of 15,000 KRW applies for extra bedding.
For lost items in the room, if you arrange for a pick-up delivery yourself, we will assist with immediate shipping.
We are not responsible for valuables not left at the front desk. Lost items in the room will be disposed of after one month without separate notice, according to hotel regulations.

Use of personal colored bath additives (bath bombs, bath salts, oils, bubble bath, etc.) in the bathtub is restricted.
Some products may cause discoloration of the bathtub or clog drainage pipes, so please understand.
When using the bathtub, please only use the amenities provided in the room.

I went to Ilsan with my girlfriend and while looking for a place to stay I liked it and booked it. There was no cigarette smell, the room was very spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent.
It had been a while since I went, but it was good.
Clean, and the bathroom and bathtub were spacious and nice. The bed was a bit firm, but not uncomfortable. Close to KINTEX and the stadium, so it was a convenient location for concerts or events.
The location of the property is really unbeatable! Perfect for sleeping during nearby concerts, marathons, and other events. The front desk staff are also very kind.

The room was spacious and clean, the scent was pleasant, and a clothing styler was installed so storing clothes was convenient. However, there was no electric mattress pad on the bed so it felt a bit chilly, amenities were not provided so you need to purchase them at the front desk, and a phone charger was not installed. It would be good to ask at the front desk to rent one when you arrive.
