Yeongrangho Resort

The bedding was as clean and nice as a hotel. However, the sofa had many stains and was quite dirty. For hygiene reasons, it seems it needs to be replaced.

The room is clean and the staff are friendly. The service that makes me feel comfortable every time I visit is nice. So are people saying "Samsung Samsung"?

I was assigned a low floor for the first time, and it was so good that I want to go again.

A spontaneous trip!! The accommodation is Yeongnangho Resort, where I stay every time I go to Sokcho!! I booked late because it was the system closing day, so the information came late, but I was grateful the receptionist responded kindly!!! The room is renewed and even better!!! What can I say about the view!!😊😊😊 It was very nice!!

The accommodation is decent for the price. The Starbucks on the 20th floor is really awesome.

This place is the worst resort ever. It was really hot and we went with our 9-month-old baby. The air conditioner wasn't working, and when I checked the remote it only had one battery. So I called the front desk and they said the air conditioner is part of the building and it is not currently operating, and told us to open the balcony window and turn on the fan. As soon as we opened it, bugs came in, so my husband told the front desk and they brought two more fans. The room temperature was 27°C and with the fans at full it was 26.5°C. Our baby is very sensitive to heat and ended up with heat rash when we checked out. This morning the room temperature was 28°C. If the building has central air, why is there an air conditioner remote? Why does the front desk act like there is an air conditioner available? They said someone asked them to turn on the heating, but that person must be crazy — it is June now. Even if it is called a kids' room, babies need a proper temperature. Front desk staff, please stop telling guests not to use the air conditioner and just use a fan while at work.

Satisfied as a cost-effective place in Sokcho. The staff are friendly, and it was nice to take a morning walk on the Yeongnangho lakeside trail.

I had a relaxing stay at a place I really liked after a long time ~

At Yeongrangho Resort bistro on the 1st floor, Bistro 170, I ordered chicken and it was really the best~~ Eating it with draft beer, I couldn't ask for more.. Right next to Yeongrangho, which is great for biking, so 2 nights and 3 days was amazing.. Leaving feeling refreshed.
