Convenient, friendly, and clean.
I had a great time on my Chuncheon trip. ^^
It was clean and nice.
I booked in a hurry, but I was satisfied with the location, condition, and everything.
It was very tidy, friendly, and great! When I go to Chuncheon, I will only stay at this hotel.

The parking lot is behind the hotel. I arrived at night so parking felt risky (dark). It would be better if the front desk staff were a bit friendlier. The pillow was very comfortable and nice. It's clean. The small bed is uncomfortable (feels like a low-end mattress). There is an apartment-like building in front so you can see outside; conversely, the hotel is also clearly visible from that side. The breakfast is delicious.
There are three hotels in one building, so check-in was very confusing. When I asked to check in by phone, they took over 10 minutes to come down. We added a person and extended check-out, and asked for extra towels and water, but they told us to go to the room and call. It was annoying to have to bother calling again for something that should be provided as a matter of course. On top of that, when I went to the room the phone didn’t work due to a network error. I had to contact them on my personal phone to get the towels and water. I got so angry that they resolved things without apologizing, so I complained and only then did they apologize—which made me even more irritated. When I turned on the spa tub, residue came out. I felt it would be pointless and just infuriating to try to explain this to the unresponsive staff, so the next morning I spoke to a different staff member who apologized and only said they would take photos of the residue and report it to the facilities team. It was frustrating to have to repeatedly ask and explain to get things we paid for and should have been provided easily. We left feeling only inconvenienced. When I called a few days later because I was busy while staying, they just summarized that this happened and that happened and said sorry, end of story. Worse, I could only reach the two staff members I had already spoken with. Maybe the hotel only has two staff members.
The parking is pleasantly spacious and nice.

Upon check-in, if verification of the reservation details and identification reveals that the actual guest differs from the person who made the reservation or is a minor,
check-in may be denied, and the room fee paid will not be refunded.
The swimming pool, sauna, and gym are currently closed due to interior renovations.
We operate alongside The Jackson Nines Hotel.
We are located in the same building, with a separate front desk on the first floor.

Free parking for one vehicle per room when the underground parking garage is available / Use the underground parking garage inside the hotel building.
If you have purchased an outdoor parking package or the underground parking garage is full, you may use the open-air parking lot next to the hotel.
Guests arriving on foot cannot use the hotel’s underground parking garage.
Please use the public parking lot next to the police station across from the hotel (3-minute walk) or the public parking lot at the Gongjicheon Recreation Area at the intersection (5-minute walk).
※ The open lot under the underpass right next to the hotel is available for parking, but please note that the open lot is currently narrow due to construction of a new model home.
Standards for Daily Housekeeping (Cleaning)
Unless otherwise requested by the guest, standard amenities (toiletries, towels, bottled water) are provided in the room upon check-in.
For long-term stays, housekeeping is performed on the third day following the check-in date.

For each additional person beyond the standard number, the fee is 10,000 won per person (ages 36 months and older to adults); children under 36 months are free.
Effective March 29, 2024, due to regulations on the use of disposable items in lodging facilities, the provision of disposable amenities in guest rooms is completely prohibited, and disposable amenities will no longer be provided.
Additionally, shampoo and body wash will be provided in refillable containers.
Please be aware of this and bring your own other room amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor) or purchase them at a convenience store.
We once again ask for your understanding and look forward to serving you with even better service.

Late Check-out: Available until 1:00 PM / Cost: KRW 15,000 per hour
Early check-in/late check-out may not be available depending on hotel room availability.
