Benikea Techno Valley Hotel

The staff are friendly and the room is clean.

It was just average. haha

Clean and friendly and everything else was good, but the soundproofing is very poor. Noise from the hallway comes in a lot, and the slamming of other guests' doors stressed me out.

The area in front of the hotel is a food street, so there are many restaurants nearby which is nice. Parking is ample with an underground lot and a parking area right next to the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the water pressure was good. All rooms are non-smoking, so there was no cigarette smell, which I liked. The only downside was the mattress seemed bad because my back hurt a bit when I woke up, but the staff were friendly and it was a satisfying stay.

I'm satisfied. Breakfast is a Korean buffet.

It was neat and spacious, so I liked it.

There are many places to eat and hang out nearby, which is nice. The accommodation is clean and the breakfast is okay. However, adjusting the hot and cold water is a bit difficult — the temperature control is very sensitive...

The accommodation is actually old so the facilities are not great, but the Gwanpyeong commercial area is relatively quiet and there are many good restaurants, so I like it.
