We went with a family of four: two adults and two kids~~ The value is really good~~ If you drive a short distance, there's a beach nearby~ It's in the mountains so there are insects and it's a bit old, but the owner is really nice and kind~~ We plan to visit again~

Warm and friendly~~

I booked because it was the cheapest among nearby accommodations. We fished at Yeongilman Port and ate dinner out, so we booked cheaply just to sleep, but it was much cleaner and nicer than I expected. Hot water comes out instantly and strongly, there was no odor, the bedding was comfortable, and the blanket felt like a cool-touch type but was soft and very nice. There is an electric pad, and soundproofing is a bit lacking but it wasn't uncomfortable. Of course the motel is somewhat aged, but its condition is better than many pensions or motels^^ You can use YouTube or OTT (personal account). It's a pity there was no table or elevator, but it's a place where a trip with Hwang Jung-min would be possible lol The owner is friendly and I would consider returning!

Overall, it was a motel with good value for money. The location was convenient and easy to find, and there were convenience stores and places to eat nearby, which was handy. Parking was more spacious than I expected, so there was no stress. The room felt clean as soon as I walked in; it did not feel brand-new, but it was well maintained and nothing was particularly off-putting. The bed was on the softer side and comfortable for sleeping, and the bedding had no odor and was fine. The air conditioning and heating worked well, so adjusting the temperature was easy, and soundproofing wasn’t perfect but not bothersome. The bathroom was also clean, water pressure was decent, and hot water came right away, so it was easy to shower. Basic amenities were all provided, so there was no need to bring extras, and the hair dryer performed adequately. The TV was large and had services like Netflix connected, which was good for passing the time, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably without disconnecting. The drawbacks are that some parts felt a bit dated and the lighting was a little dim, which might be a matter of preference. Still, considering the price, it was perfectly acceptable, and overall it was a decent place to rest comfortably. I would use it again if I come to the area.

Convenient parking and quiet.

The owner is friendly, cup noodles and toiletries are fully provided, there is a billiard table, and plenty of parking. Overall very clean but the building is older so you can see signs of repairs here and there. The bedding is hotel-style linen; it was not cold and an electric blanket was also provided. The reason for the score deduction is the price. The rate I booked a few weeks before was about 20% higher than the same-day reservation rate.

I use this place often. The owner is a macho type but very thorough, and above all the overall management is perfect. Because he is considerate of guests, every time I go to Gimcheon I stay very comfortably. Highly recommend, thank you, I will visit again.
