It was clean and the sea view was really, really, really amazing. I spent two hours in the morning just watching the sea from the balcony. Listening to music and drinking coffee while staring at the sea made it feel like no five-star hotel could beat it. There is a dolphin observatory in the sea in front of the property. However, the table legs had a lot of dust, and it looked like mold had formed on the window frame from condensation over the winter and had not been cleaned, which was disappointing. Other than that, the heating was warm and the value for money is excellent.

This is probably one of the best value-for-money places I've stayed at so far. It was cheaper than neighborhood motels but a much better place. First of all, the ocean view is truly beautiful. The heating was very strong, the shower pressure was good. It is an older property so there are signs of wear here and there, but considering the price... There is a dolphin viewpoint right in front of the property, so you can watch dolphins, which was nice. The hotel is some distance from Aewol town center, so there are few restaurants and bars nearby. It would be difficult to go out for drinks and come back, and note that there is a pork belly restaurant on the first floor if you plan to use it. I do not recommend the breakfast — its offerings were worse than the Korean buffet near my office.

The room is older but clean and spacious, and the floor was warm. The front desk staff were very friendly. I booked the sixth floor but they upgraded me to a nice third-floor room with a great view. Above all, the value was excellent, and from the balcony window you can see palm trees and the Aewol sea filling the view. Nearby are Siso Kaimak and Aewol Caramel, and there is also a dolphin viewpoint on the coastal road right in front. Thanks to that, we had a great Lunar New Year holiday.

Every time I come to Jeju I always stay here the night before I leave lol. The value is really great — maybe they remodeled? It feels even cleaner!
