Busan Gwangalli Hotel Ryokan Badada

The staff were polite, but it seemed like cleaning was not done properly: there was sand on the table and hair left in the bathroom. There was a strong water smell and a urine-like odor. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken, so it was very humid and there was a moldy smell. I thought it was a non-smoking property, but cigarette smoke came in at dawn which was uncomfortable, and the room felt very small and claustrophobic. You can see the sea slightly through a small window. I used the breakfast service and it was good.

Friendly and quiet, and best of all it's close to the restaurant.

Had a great time enjoying the ryokan atmosphere in Gwangalli ^^ It was clean and tidy, which made it even better.

I came to Busan for a trip and had booked just one night, but thank you so much for treating me so kindly ❤️ I had a really great stay; you even upgraded our room, and the room and bathroom were both in great condition. There was no smell, it was clean, and there were multiple lights so we could set the mood, which I loved 🫧🫧 If I visit again, I'd like to book here again.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly.
