■ Usage Guidelines

The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 people.

An additional charge of 10,000 KRW per person will apply if the standard occupancy is exceeded.

Extending check-out time costs 10,000 KRW per hour, and extensions may be limited depending on room availability.

All rooms are non-smoking. A separate cleaning and damage fee will be charged for smoking in the room.

Minors unaccompanied by a guardian cannot check in.

Entry will be denied without identification. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Please make sure to bring your ID.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms.

Costs may be charged in case of damage, loss, or severe contamination of the room or amenities.

Hair dyeing is not permitted in the room.

Visitors other than registered guests may be restricted from entering the room.

The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of valuables, so please take care of your belongings.

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on 2 people. For special rooms such as party rooms, it is necessary to directly confirm the number of guests. An additional charge applies for each additional person (inquire with the property). Refunds and cancellations may be handled differently according to regulations. Exceeding the check-out time may result in automatic additional charges. For minors, please confirm with the affiliated property before proceeding with the reservation regarding their eligibility for stay. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for admission rejections due to mixed-gender minor reservations. Identification may be required for mixed-gender stays, and admission may be denied if not presented, with no refund for cancellation. Room information may change frequently due to the circumstances of the affiliated property. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this. Please refrain from excessive noise during night hours, as eviction measures may be taken. Damage to or theft of items in the room may result in criminal charges.
