Gunsan Jjam

This was the place I stayed while touring the bakery pilgrimage route. It was tidy and nice.

The motel is tucked down an alley and the building is older with renovations, so I wondered what it would be like, but it was clean and nice. The owner is really, really kind and very warm. They treated our child like a grandchild and even packed snacks for them, which was so sweet. If I go to Gunsan again, I will definitely stay here. Great value and the best! Wishing you prosperity ^^

Cleanliness is the most important thing when choosing a place to stay, right? There was no cigarette smell (no musty or sour odors) at all, and the air conditioner worked perfectly! Usually when you turn on the AC at a place you stay there's that peculiar smell and it feels icky, but there was none of that here. The owner is so meticulous that there wasn't a speck of dust... It has a cozy, old-fashioned charm, but the cleanliness rivals or beats even expensive hotels I've stayed at while traveling. I saw a review saying people stayed here with kids and thought, yes, this is the place. If it weren't clean, people wouldn't write reviews like that... The owner is also very kind — constantly checking if anything was inconvenient and taking great care of us. Thank you so much. If I travel to Gunsan again, I will definitely come back here! I thought I had taken pictures but I can't find them.. The exterior looks a bit old, but the room was incredibly clean.. Of course there was no smell at all, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was clean too.. There is a middle door so there was no noise, and the bathroom even had Senka foam cleanser haha It seems well managed, the owner has a pretty smile and greeted me with a smile and was very kind... It's hard to find a clean place at a low price, so I think I made a good choice! It was great!
