Even one star feels too generous. I opened the mini fridge to take out the bottled water and it was already opened and someone had drunk from it. The drinking evidence was obvious, so there was no way it could be a mistake, yet they simply reused it and put it back. My partner and I were finished earlier and checked out first, and my partner seemed to check out late... Normally, whether it is an hourly room or a overnight stay, isn’t it common practice for the hotel to call when the time is up? They left it unattended even after the time ended, and only contacted us later to say we incurred extra time and must pay a fee. I have stayed at many lodging places, but this is the first time I have seen a business charge the customer for losses that were caused by the operators poor management. Is the front desk phone even for anything? They said they could not answer because it was hard to handle calls one by one... It wasn’t peak time — was it really such a busy day between 12 PM and 3 PM that they couldn’t pick up? They took customer information freely and then started attacking our character via phone and text... If they had called and I exceeded the time, I would have been willing to pay a reasonable fee, but I cant understand the motive of not contacting us at all and then calling after we checked out to demand a fee. It makes me wonder if they have always operated like this. I feel disgusted and uneasy. They keep sending strange messages by text; if they also write weird comments, I will attach and make the texts public. I never want to encounter them again.

I rested comfortably before leaving.

The room smelled nice when I entered, and it was great for relaxing.

It was clean and the massage chair worked well, so I had a good massage ^^
