For rooms booked with paid parking or Walk-In Special, the use of the underground parking lot within the hotel building is restricted. Guests using a vehicle should book rooms that do not state 'paid parking' or 'Walk-In Special'.

Currently, our hotel front desk operates only from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM the next day.

Therefore, check-in service after this time may be difficult. (For check-ins after 1:00 AM, please inquire with the hotel in advance: Hotel main number 033-253-0000)

If there is no prior contact, it will be processed as a No-Show, so please keep this in mind when using.

Check-in 3:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM (Check-in / Check-out times may change depending on the purchased product.)

Please contact us in advance for check-ins after 10:00 PM. Bookings without prior contact after 11:00 PM will be processed as NO-SHOW and automatically cancelled.

Rooms are assigned at check-in and are randomly assigned based on the day's readiness.

Early check-in & late check-out incur an additional charge of 10,000 KRW per hour. (Extension possible up to 1:00 PM)

Extra bed: 44,000 KRW payable at check-out

Bedding set: 22,000 KRW payable at check-out

From March 29, 2024, due to regulations on the use of disposable items in accommodations, the provision of disposable amenities in rooms is completely prohibited, so disposable amenities will not be provided. In addition, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash will be provided as multi-use products. We kindly ask our guests to note this and prepare other room amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor) separately or purchase them at a convenience store.
