Central Hotel

This is a hotel I usually used frequently for business trips in the area because the facilities are simple and clean. I had a satisfying stay in 2025 as well, so I chose to visit again this time. However, during this stay the parking information was disappointing. I went to retrieve my car for nighttime work and the parking attendant informed me that a parking fee of 19,500 won had been charged. I do not remember paying a separate parking fee during previous stays, so I asked whether guests were also required to pay parking fees, but I felt somewhat uncomfortable with the way the staff handled the inquiry. At check-in there was no confirmation or separate notice about whether guests had parked vehicles, and it was difficult to understand the policy clearly from the lobby or the parking lot. I believe that a bit more friendly and detailed guidance could have easily prevented the awkward situation for both sides. I also saw another guest at the same time experiencing confusion about the parking fee system. Because prepayment for one-day parking and the hourly rate criteria were not clearly explained, a situation arose where voices were raised between the guest and staff. Observing that made me feel that overall guidance on parking policy needs to be improved. The facilities themselves were satisfactory, but I left disappointed with the parking information and customer service. In the future, I hope clearer guidance will prevent other guests from experiencing the same inconvenience.

It felt like a tourist hotel but it was cozy and the front desk staff were friendly, so I'm satisfied haha

The location is good and transportation is convenient, so the value for money is excellent. However, it seems the refrigerator was broken haha — I had to throw away the sandwich and kimbap I bought the day before. Still satisfied because of the good value for money. Also, being able to check in from 12:00 was a big plus!!

The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Keep in mind the accordion-style curtains do not completely block out sunlight. The bed is narrow and too soft, so it's a bit uncomfortable. Two adult men used the twin beds separately, so please take that into account.

Ideal place if you just need to sleep overnight.
