Early check-in/late check-out is subject to room availability on the day, and the cost is 10,000 KRW per hour, up to 2 hours.

Front desk check-in assigns rooms from the upper floors based on check-in order, not reservation order.

Check-in is possible after your reserved check-in time.

Enter the last 4 digits of your reservation confirmation number at the kiosk next to the front desk, verify your identity with an ID for adult authentication, then receive your room key and check in. (The room key is also needed to use the elevator.)

(Kiosk check-in is not possible without a valid ID for adult verification.)

‖ The hotel parking lot is not spacious enough to guarantee parking for all guests.

‖ The hotel parking lot is narrow, and many guests check out early in the morning, so we do not keep car keys or allow double parking.

‖ If the parking lot entrance is blocked with traffic cones, it means the lot is full. (Many of our business guests check out early in the morning, and large laundry service vehicles enter early, so please absolutely do not park in front of the door. If you remove the traffic cones and park without authorization, we are not responsible for vehicle damage.)

If you smoke in the room, or especially if you shower for an extended period, the bathroom fills with steam, and when the bathroom door is opened, the steam rushes out at once, which can be detected as fire by the smoke sensor, frequently triggering alarms. Please be especially careful. It takes at least 10 minutes to reset a fire alarm once it's triggered. (Please close the bathroom door quickly after showering.)
