Please check in by 3:00 a.m. If you do not check in by 3:00 a.m.,

your reservation will be treated as a no-show for that day.

@Room rates are based on two guests; an additional charge of 10,000 won applies per person for extra guests. (Rates increase during peak seasons and on public holidays.)

@Children aged 3 and older are subject to the additional guest fee.

@Parking is limited to one car per room. If you have more than one car,

a parking fee will apply. (The parking fee varies depending on the duration of parking.)

Welcome, Furries! — These are pet-friendly rooms available in designated rooms at Yoo Ah-in.

Please contact the front desk in advance to confirm availability in rooms other than the designated ones.

Pet owners must bring their own dog food, treats, and pads.

Please bring your dog’s vaccination certificate at check-in.

Small dogs weighing less than 5 kg are allowed (an additional fee applies for dogs weighing 5 kg or more).

The pet room rate is based on one dog (an additional fee of 20,000 won per dog applies if more than one dog is staying).

When moving your dog, please place it in a carrier or on a leash and carry it yourself.

You may not leave your dog alone in the room while you are out.

Please clean up after your dog yourself.

Rooms are assigned at the discretion of the partner property.

@Based on double occupancy, additional bedding and amenities for extra guests

may incur separate charges.

@We will call your room 20 minutes before check-out time. If you do not answer the call and have not checked out 20 minutes after the check-out time (and do not answer the phone), you will automatically be charged an extension fee. (The extension fee varies depending on the duration.)

@Male and female minors are strictly prohibited from sharing a room.

@Separate charges will apply for damage to room furnishings or soiling of bedding.

@If you lose your room key, you must pay 10,000 won (cash).

Please leave your key at the front desk when you go out.

@Sticking balloons or stickers on the wallpaper in any room is strictly prohibited.

@If caught, you will be responsible for restoration costs (wallpapering fees) of 1,000,000 KRW or more.

@If any room furnishings are damaged or require repair, the guest is solely responsible

for all damage and repair costs.

We ask for your cooperation to ensure a pleasant stay.

For gaming rooms, the rate is 30,000–40,000 won from Monday through Thursday
