Jeju J Grand Hotel

The location is good and the accommodation is tidy.

Friendly, the room condition is good, and the price is excellent. A downside is that there are no parking spaces if you arrive late at night.

It is convenient to use and nice.

The room is spacious, but the bathroom is small relative to the room. They store many suitcases until check-in and anyone can access them, so leaving luggage there feels a bit unsettling. The hotel is frequented more by foreigners than by Koreans... Aside from these two things, everything was good.

The room was clean and the staff were very kind. There was a lost-item issue but they resolved it quickly. My room itself was clean. My room did not have an ocean view, which was a bit disappointing, but if your window faces the sea you can likely see planes taking off and landing at the airport as well as the ocean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store on the 2nd floor, so it was easy to get necessities or snacks inside the hotel. The hotel is located in a busy area with many restaurants within walking distance. As you may know, the area with many restaurants and bars is around City Hall and Sinjeju Jewon (Nuwemaru Street), and it is less than 100 meters from the hotel entrance to Nuwemaru Street. Geographically and in terms of guest service and facilities, it was a comfortable place to sleep. One important thing is parking: the parking lot goes up to the 3rd floor and there is also a parking tower. During my 4 nights and 5 days I never failed to find parking, though spaces felt a bit limited. Still, I felt the parking was better equipped than other hotels of a similar level.

The location is good and the room is spacious, so I like it. Hot water comes out well.

Good value for money. The bedding is nice.
