There was hair and dust on the bedroom floor that got on the soles of my feet. In the bathroom, possibly because it was not cleaned properly, a cigarette butt was left as is. (We stayed with a 10-year-old child and I am a non-smoker.)
It was spacious and comfortable; we enjoyed our stay.
I use this place often, but even if you are busy please check the toilet bidet cleaning and inspect the shower drain for clogs.
The owner was really kind and the service was good. However, the state of the room cleaning was quite disappointing. There was a piece of women's underwear in the bathroom that looked like it belonged to a previous guest, which was very embarrassing, and there were hairs left on the floor. I wish the cleaning had been more thorough. They later moved us to a room on the third floor, but this time the soundproofing was not good. Because of music heard outside throughout the night, I could hardly sleep. If you are sensitive about sleeping, please keep this in mind.
I had a good rest. I will come again.

It is clean and well maintained.
Relatively clean, spacious, and well maintained, so I would consider returning.

Parking tower use may not be possible depending on the car model, so please inquire with the front desk in advance for large or luxury cars.
Vehicles restricted from entering the parking tower without prior inquiry must use an external paid parking lot when the tower is full.
Parking is available from the check-in time of your stay when using a vehicle. (Parking is absolutely not allowed before check-in time, and a 10,000 KRW fee will be charged for parking before check-in.)
Additional guest fees are paid on-site and are non-refundable.
