- For Twin, Twin Terrace, Family, Suite (Duplex), and Family Suite rooms, a fee of 20,000 won per hour applies
- For guests exceeding the standard occupancy limit, an on-site fee applies: 15,000 KRW per person per night for guests aged 0–13, and 20,000 KRW per person per night for guests aged 14 and older (bedding not included)

1) The hotel is not responsible for parking fees incurred when exiting the lot for unregistered vehicles.

3) We ask that owners of large vehicles—such as the Kia Carnival, large imported SUVs, and Bongo vans—use the Samhan paid parking garage.

- Please refrain from dangerous behavior or any intentional or negligent actions within the room. (We reserve the right to claim compensation for any damages caused to the hotel.)
- Items that emit strong odors, flammable or combustible substances, and unauthorized firearms or bladed weapons are prohibited in guest rooms.
- Disposable amenities in guest rooms are available free of charge. (Additional requests can be accommodated.)
- Once closed, the guest room door cannot be opened from the outside; please be sure to take your key with you when leaving the room.
- When leaving the room, please check that the windows and door are locked, and keep cash and valuables in your personal possession.
- The hotel is not responsible for any loss of valuables in guest rooms.
- Please check the emergency evacuation map, emergency descent devices, and fire extinguishers provided in your room.
- Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate bookings may occur, and your reservation may be canceled.
- A cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made due to a change of mind or for reasons attributable to the guest.
- In the event of damage to or loss of hotel property, you will be required to compensate the hotel according to its compensation policy.
