It is fairly close to Hwangridan-gil, so it is convenient to get around on foot! The owner was very kind, so I had a great 2 nights and 3 days. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The TV and refrigerator are very large, so you can comfortably watch OTT and freely store food! Amenities including toothbrushes and toothpaste were all provided, so I did not need to bring them and could pack lighter!! You can use the air conditioner in the room at full power, and there is also air conditioning in the exterior corridor, so it is very cool! Overall I had a good stay, and I would like to return if I visit Gyeongju again :)
Drawbacks: The exhaust fan is quite loud. Parking is a bit inconvenient (a parking tower about 30 m from the accommodation). Overall it was good and offered good value for the price.
