For smooth check-in, please tell the front desk your name as the reservation holder.

You can pay and check in without going through the front desk using our unmanned system.

Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).

If additional guests beyond the standard occupancy for each room type check in, an extra fee will be charged, so please inquire at the front desk.

Rooms are assigned at check-in.

Mixed-gender stays for minors are not permitted. ●Check-in will be restricted if identification is not presented (regardless of age).

Please observe the check-out time. If you check out after the designated time, an additional fee will be charged.

For a pleasant and comfortable rest, please observe 'accommodation etiquette' (food waste disposal, pollution caution, separate waste collection).

♧No cooking or parties with candles in the room.

♧No bringing in strong-smelling foods (e.g., skate, cheonggukjang, etc.).

♧No charging electric bicycles or high-capacity batteries (if needed, charging is possible after inquiry).

Early check-in and late check-out are possible with an additional fee.

Please strictly observe the check-out time; after 10 minutes, day-use rates will apply.

For multi-night stays, only basic cleaning is possible (water, towels, etc.).

If cleaning is desired, an additional fee applies (10,000 KRW).

For multi-night stays of 3 nights or more, please inquire separately.
