Mangrove Sinseol is a large co-living house where diverse neighbors live together in a conveniently located neighborhood in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. From work stations to fitness rooms, twenty diverse common areas expand your living space.

Mangrove Sinseol is a 20-story high-rise building, composed of a top floor with a City Lounge offering city views and a basement floor equipped with various common areas. The middle floors house 311 private spaces and facilities essential for daily life.

Sinseol-dong is an interesting neighborhood that retains the charm of Seoul's first new town, bustling with traditional markets and old restaurants, giving it a unique vibrant atmosphere. With a subway station and various bus routes intersecting just a minute away, accessibility to the heart of Seoul is excellent.

Mangrove Sinseol operates mobile self-check-in.

- Mobile check-in is possible by scanning the QR code at the 1st-floor check-in desk

- After check-in is complete, room information and an elevator QR code are provided

- For arrivals after 1:00 AM, check-in and entry are possible via the QR code on the entrance guide.

Mangrove aims to minimize resource waste from disposable amenities. Please bring necessary personal items.

- All rooms and the building are non-smoking (penalty fees apply for smoking)

- Compensation fees apply for damage or loss of room items

- Cooking is not allowed in rooms (shared kitchen available)

- Bathtubs are provided differently depending on the room structure (room assignment is random)

- 1F mechanical parking available

- 10,000 KRW (for staying guests only)

- Parking available for RV medium-sized passenger cars (SUVs not permitted)

- The entire building is a non-smoking area. Penalty fees may apply for smoking in rooms.

- Pets not allowed

- Minors aged 8 and above are permitted to stay when accompanied by a guardian.
